Any request for general building maintenance, locksmith, temperature concerns in classrooms or offices, issues in dining spaces, custodial services, trash removal, recycling, pest control and landscaping concerns can be submitted online.

Facilities general service request
Any request for general building maintenance, temperature concerns in classrooms or offices, issues in dining spaces, custodial services, trash removal, recycling, and landscaping concerns can be submitted online. You can quickly sign in using the Single Sign-On (SSO) button and choose the tile that best describes your request. The request will automatically be assigned to the appropriate crew for assistance. You can also see what falls under Facilities Services' mission work.
Facilities project request
Facility projects typically fall outside of the realm of a general services request and can include enhancement to offices, classrooms, lab space, site improvements, security/access upgrades, etc. Please complete the Project Application form and submit to Facilities Management Control email for review (fmcnotify@fmc.sc.edu). Your project will be assigned to the appropriate Project Manager, and they will contact you with further details.
